OTYD SCHOLARSHIP
Mission
The objective of the OTYD Scholarship is to offer financial assistance to high school seniors and college students. This support aims to empower recipients in their pursuit of higher education, facilitating the realization of their academic and career ambitions.
Eligibility Criteria

Active Membership Requirement:

Applicants must have paid membership dues for a minimum period of three months preceding the application deadline.

Verification of Academic Enrollment:

Submission of documented proof validating acceptance or enrollment in an accredited university or college is a prerequisite for eligibility.

Submit Application Form

Candidates are invited to complete the application form to the best of their ability responding to each question thoughtfully, aiming for a word count within the range of 300-600 words.

Application Deadline:

All applications must be submitted in adherence to the stipulated deadline, on or before June 30, 2024, to ensure consideration in the evaluation process.

The recipient of the OTYD scholarship will be announced August 2024

Will there be more than one recipient?

Yes, there is the possibility of having multiple recipients for the scholarship.

Can I apply if I am pursuing a master’s or higher education?

No, we are currently restricting eligibility for the scholarship to individuals who are pursuing an associate or bachelor's degree only.

Can I apply as a high school senior?

Yes, high school seniors that are planning to attend college in Fall 2024 can apply.

Why is there not a GPA requirement?
